sbiOwner:

A value of 1 indicates that you are logged in as an SBI! owner.

sbiHelp:

A value of 2 indicates that you have filled in and submitted my Help with SBI! form. If you've done this you should be able to see the Make a Payment section.

__cq:

A value here indicates that you have accepted my cookies. This is essential if cookies are to be stored or retrieved, and under European Union rules I'm obliged to ask for your permission.
